Very poor | I felt the whole conversation with Dr. Bird was a waste of time. She clearly didn’t know the history or had taken the time to read up any notes. I wouldn’t have minded being called in half an hour after my appointment time if I thought she had taken time to at least know what was what. | The reception staff are professional. Neither good nor poor | I waited for 20 minutes. I was a bit surprised when Dr Bird called my name, but it was not shown on the TV yellow announcement screen. Maybe she was not aware that I am Deaf. But on my record mentioned I am deaf. | N/A | May 13, 2026 at 2:50 pm |
