Good | Waiting for my appointment on time but delay 10 minutes. Blood test was ok but blood split on my arm. Nurse apologised. | Nurse didn’t know I was deaf before I told her slow down when speaking to me because she wasn’t faced on me. She didn’t know. Should check record to make sure if I’m deaf. Very good | Whenever I come to the surgery and I have during the last few months. I am always pleased with advice I receive and have been having my leg dressed which is now almost healed.
