Neither good nor poor | Usually I couldn’t say anything bad, but the phone call with the fertility doctor was terrible. She was unprepared didn’t check any of my notes which if she had she’d realise why I didn’t want to talk about the coil and the trauma that happened with it. Left the phone call extremely upset and will be taking it further. | The reception team are incredible. I cannot fault them. They always go out their way to make things so easy for everyone as does the rest of the team – unfortunately on this occasion this doctor made me feel like I was just a number despite waitint so long for this appointment that had already been rescheduled once.
