Always, kind, considerate and understanding and work to schedule. Confirmation of appointments is brilliant.

Sometimes we get too many reminders. Saying this I hope never to waste time and fail to attend. One two or three days in advance should be enough. In mid eighties it becomes more difficult to find what you want in the items which can be difficult to remove. Sorry, an age problem rather than a complaint.
