Neither good nor poor | I was called up for a flu jab . I arrived on time and was asked why I’d come . I said to the nurse , Karen that I’d been called up . She looked on the screen and queried this . Karen fetched in another nurse who looked on the screen and told me I couldn’t have the flu jab . It was apparently something to do with the age range moving during covid and I no longer fitted in that category . The nurse wasn’t particularly welcoming , I could see she was busy and I felt as if I was in the way . Karen was great she apologised so I left the surgery without my flu jab . | I have always received good service from the surgery and staff but this was an error which could have been avoided had the correct checks been made . | October 18, 2025 at 7:59 am |

Good | Efficient booking but had to wait several weeks to see a named dr | Receptionist offered the opportunity to try ringing at 8 am on the days the dr worked to try to get an earlier appt which was good .
