Feel very cared for by the GPs at the surgery and the staff whom have always been kind .We could ask a lot of a medical service.The most important things are kindest ,listening ,patience and fast referal if needed though most things are very confidently dealt with by the GPs in surgery or locally .Always polite and respectfully and listening.
The only thing have found very challenging and very upsetting is the social and mental health prescibers. Essentialy a dign posting service a I mistook for people specialised In mental health not informed till December iast year of being mearly a sinposting service to other signposting services which has created enormous confusion with nothing completed properly on time, to the right places to be urgently dealt with resulting in 3 years of my life with nothing resolved and detrimental things written or included on my GP medical records claiming that I am fully supported by services which is nor the case.
The last time I briefly saw a mental health presciber was last December in a room at back of surgery, at 4pm In afternoon not able telephone anyone again as people needed to speak to at Council ect at gone home.Feeling very uncared for and mistreated In a service refered to for support and care.Prior to this has relied upon Age Concern and,my GP Dr Tszinski and Salford and felt very Safe .Since referai to the prescibers have felt increasingly unsafe .Could have been moved to a bunglow March 2023 and with overcharged Council tax sorted out could have somc my house .Had support of GP Dr Tszinski and MP Dr Luke Evans together .Yet after triage meeting to secure it prescribers sent the form out of date to the wrong place and I lost it .
Only wish had remained with Age Concern for everything and not been signposted for extra support that I have not yet received. Last apointment was Dec last year .The presciber signposted a peer worker whom has given me one transport to Hinckley and Bosworth Council I was very grateful for whom has tried to support me in telephone calls and messages which has been challenging due to lack of continuance of support due to peer support long periods of absence due to own mental health issues.
For example 6 apointments were apointed to me over a year ago of which I have only received one at surgery late at night and 1 transport to Council .Age concern is now closed at Coalville so feel have lost that oportunity of things being sorted swiftly sorted out with them which would have ensbled me to move on in my life and feel better and more confident in myself which has not happened being left in the constant worry and fear of nothing being properly resolved that enables me to move forward in any peace.Even sending off a driving licence
form is returned as name is incorrectly spelt .Bus pass parking badge all same .Had to ask other people as have serious mobilty issues .The consistent support have had is the New Futures Project whom have just awarded me a key worker and Trauma Counselling.
All of the names of services written on my medical records are mostly signposting services passing me around over the phone .No support and concerning adult social services have only met a lady once very briefly at the surgery at Markfield whom told me she could not help me till had sold my house.She offered to refere me to a special service as urgent need for allocation of housing for me to be safe .She emailed me which I answered. Then received email saying she was out of office for three weeks.Passed to another lady with surname Attkinson .Never replied to me.Passed to another lady surname Goodwin away for two weeks.Never heard from her .Eventualy received email from a man called Kriss repeating could not help me till sale of my house and purchase of bunglow ect
Recently told had been appointed a social worker .
Telephone Hinckley to ask who had apointed one and why had been apointed and enquiring also when peer support worker would be te enabled for apointments to be followed up from last year and nobody acknowledged enabler peer support worker whom told me she had been consigned by Lindey Ricketts out of Broughton Astley Medicai Practice and social worker not available to speak to as was out of office for two weeks.Following this received email the peer support worker was absent on leave re personel mental heath issues and holiday .Enquiring of Broughton Astley Surgery .Had not heard of the peer support worker. Left message enquiry of social presciber service and find letter on my surgery medical APP listing signposting services that I have never had any physical or practical support .Do not know their faces .Have never met them yet claim I have been fully supported .Feel very very upset and wish had just remained with Age Concern Anne ,Julie and Heather when had the oportunity in 2022 ad they were dealing with my Pension .
Would you please be kind enough to remove the erroneous letter from my records which is very misjeading and deeply upsetting for me not receiving the help and support have really needed to negotiate what Is a very challenging time in anyone’s life at 72 years of age .Feel very alone.

Would be better practice not to post letters to patient APP or put in patient record without first discussing with patient consent as all medical records should be private between Doctor and Patient not on a place that could be accessed for anyone to view.
Would welcome you sending copy of my replies to the Managers of my Surgery at Marlfield Surgery who taken content of recent letter may think I have been supported.
The New Futures project currently trying to help me is not on their list ?
