Neither good nor poor | The consultation with Dr Bird was excellent and thorough identifying urgent blood tests and requesting an urgent scan. I was given a next day appointment for a blood tests but did not receive any information about the scan. When I checked with the surgery the urgent status had been removed and was on record as routine.
