Good | I felt the doctor was very understanding. | When I left I had to make another appointment. A lady said she’d been waiting for 10 minutes and had pressed the bell 3 times. We waited and could hear the reception staff chatting, she pressed the bell twice more and then left. I waited a few minutes and a young man came in from outside, with some milk. He apologised and then helped me. I personally think someone else should of looked after the front desk if the young man had gone to fetch milk. | March 12, 2025 at 5:24 pm |

Good | I am very happy with doctors Bath services she’s absolute and angel, always very kind and caring for me and my daughter needs she always does more than I require or ask for I wish more doctors will be like her ❤️ | First at all the receptionist need to stop asking stupid questions and help us to book the appointment and it would help for future reference if our appointment is at certain time please make it happen not let us wait for 30-40-45 min like nothing happened | March 12, 2025 at 5:15 pm |
