Very good	It was nice and calm in reception area. The Dr asked me how she could help and listened To my questions. It’s very good when I have eye contact and I am being heard. The Dr wasn’t able to help on this occasion, but she was concerned, attentive and kindly sympathetic to my enquiirey And made a few practical suggestions. That makes all the difference.
