Poor | I got told about an MRI scan I had saying it is urgent cancelled my holiday as got a call on 2nd day so came back. Still not got the results waiting nearly 2 weeks as they can’t find the previous MRI to compare so why give me bad news when not knowing themselves. I have been really ill since and not sleeping and still don’t know the results yet another weekend not knowing really upsetting. Very good | Appointment easily made with help from nurse. Everyone was pleasant and professional and my problem was dealt with. The Doctor also dealt with another issue at the same time which was really appreciated, saving me and the Health Centre time | June 14, 2024 at 3:25 pm | |
