Don’t know | This is an impossible question to answer – dealing with a GP surgery likely involves multiple interactions so can’t be summed up in a single rating. Rating it good because one part of the experience was good means that another individual’s unsatisfactory performance goes unresolved and proper feedback to prompt improvement isn’t received. Similarly focusing a score on the less good elements means that someone else’s excellent work is diminished inaccurately. This has to be broken down into eg booking appointment/ arrival at reception and waiting/ experience with the GP / any other interactions/. | When making appointments the person I’ve dealt with sometimes doesn’t seem to know who they’ve booked you in with, for example. | April 23, 2026 at 3:01 pm |
