Everything as it should be. Didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment. Nurse called when was agreed and dealt with the matter in a satisfactory way.

The whole reason i had appointment was to make one for my left ear.
So the appointment was a waste of time I still haven’t got my ear appointment with the Coalville CLINIC.Thats the reason I had the appointment on Monday 5th Jan for my ear syringe,so can you make that appointment for so I don’t have to wait any longer, just want,as I said saw nurse with appointment on Monday 5th of Jan @ 12.20pm
There was no problem with this last time ??.
Kind Regards Richard Waterfield

Neither good nor poor

I am tired of having my bloods taken without proper explanations and reluctant follow ups. Blood results get marked down as no further actions as abnormal results expected.
No clear pathway about further investigations. And when I do query about abnormal results, only to be told that if anything changes, it would be looked at. And when the elevated abnormal results keep climbing up, still no explanations.
If I want further actions, I get shut down by being labelled too fat, poor control of diabetes and it could be fibromyalgia or last resort is being dumped to the psysiotherapist who has no clue about pain and Fibromylagia, and other conditions.

I am not being listened to and understood. You can get seen by a GP but rushed through the appointment and being told that it is only one issue at a.time.
When you have cormobidity, how can a GP assess only one issue at a.time when it is in fact, impacting other conditions and triggering secondary conditions with side effects from medications.
