My dad can not attended appointments as he refuses to go out , this was suppose to be on file but everytime we call we have to keep explaining
Dad is still waiting after a few weeks for a home vicky from a doctor or mental nurse who has made him a face to face appointment at the surgery when we’ve already explained he won’t go out , she was supposed to call us to discuss but heard nothing , weeks have gone by and still no visit to re assess him and just a general check up from anyone

Cooperate with each other and get a call when say

Patient is an electric wheelchair user and the automatic doors do not stay open for long enough for him to clear the door
