Very poor | Went in with a very painful infected leg ,I was told no appointments no one could look at it go to walk in centre or A&E ,I went next door to the pharmacist who sent me straight back as she suspected it was cellulitis and need immediate attention,after telling the receptionist this amazingly i could get to see someone who was very professional and then a doctor again very professional and got the antibiotics I needed,I have since found out this infection can turn to sepsis if not treated quickly ,you are being let down by your front of house staff who are not qualified to make judgments | I feel you need someone to access ailments like the pharmacist does in house before an unqualified member of staff makes the wrong judgment | June 26, 2024 at 7:19 am |
