Not sure if this is down to you but the text msgs to remind me to take blood pressure readings were a bit hit and miss.

I always receive great treatment at Markfield medical centre, from the receptionist to whoever I see,

Maybe some upgrade is required to the booking in system inside as quite often the screen won’t let you book in

I was able to obtain an appointment with a GP on the same day as requested – reducing possible worry and wait time. The GP listened to my concerns carefully – which I thought may have have been regarded as trivial/ non urgent. I was then examined after which the GP summarised and
advised me of the next steps regarding follow up/possible further treatment. I was left reassured regarding the issue at this time.

All the receptionists are professional, friendly and helpful,they ALWAYS try to find you a slot to be seen quickly with no dramas.
The admin team do a wonderful job and I always receive reminder texts,booking texts and follow up letters etc.
Appointment times rarely differ more than a few minutes so you’re never waiting very long.
The nurses do a great job,they listen to what you are telling them and offer professional advice.Blood tests etc are swift and painless and they make you feel at ease,after all I don’t think anyone actually looks forward to injections etc but I always leave wondering why I felt a little apprehensive as there really was nothing to it.
Doctors are fantastic, down to earth yet professional to the core.
I honestly think this is an amazing surgery with amazing people and a thoroughly amazing team…thank you for everything you ALL do.

I honestly cannot see where any improvements can be made and it’s not possible for this surgery to be better.
