Good | The nurse and her student were very empathetic and efficient. | I was supposed to have an appointment for a flu jab the same day as my initial appointment but the nurse gave me my jab when I was there so I didn’t have to come back. She didn’t cancel the other appointment when she said she would so I ended up with a DNA on my record through no fault of my own.
