Good | Managed to get a double appointment which is very unusual. | Make getting an appointment easier, I tried on line but could only get a phone consultation, told to ring in the morning I’m a long distance truck driver so that’s not an option even if you manage to get through the appointments are gone. Neither good nor poor | While I haven’t needed a GP appointment recently my previous experiences have been challenging especially emergency on the day. | Invitation for MMR vaccine was totally out of the blue and confusing with no context. I didn’t understand why I needed it having had one as a baby. I replied to a text asking for a photo of my “baby book” to ascertain if I definitely needed the appointment I had booked for my booster or not, then nobody bothered to reply.
