Don’t know | No physical examination whatsoever. I have been seeing a physio for 9 months who is treating me for trapped nerves, thought I would try the NHS. He diagnosed arthritis without even taking my coat off, gave me an exercise sheet, told me I would be better in six weeks and take paracetamol when required. He could not get rid of me fast enough. Good | I was treated well and given quite a few instructions and I can become a little confused on occasions and I checked some details but still came away not fully up to speed with what I should be doing.When I got home and thought it over, I rang reception to ask them to check, they were to send nurse a memo and let me know, I’ve heard nothing but hope I’m fulfilling my instructions properly. | See above, no response. | November 16, 2023 at 1:34 pm |
