Receptionists actually answering the telephone in good time and Making appointment is usually very good. Staff are always courteous and pleasant. 5 stars!
Doctors always seem patient and do a thorough, professional job.
Having been a previous patient at Quorn Medical Centre, I was expecting a mediocre service at best. However, Markfield practice seems light years ahead of Quorn, both in terms of receptionist and appointment availability and also the general attitude shown by the staff there. Well done Markfield! Keep it up!!

No physical examination whatsoever. I have been seeing a physio for 9 months who is treating me for trapped nerves, thought I would try the NHS. He diagnosed arthritis without even taking my coat off, gave me an exercise sheet, told me I would be better in six weeks and take paracetamol when required. He could not get rid of me fast enough. Total waste of time.

I was treated well and given quite a few instructions and I can become a little confused on occasions and I checked some details but still came away not fully up to speed with what I should be doing.When I got home and thought it over, I rang reception to ask them to check, they were to send nurse a memo and let me know, I’ve heard nothing but hope I’m fulfilling my instructions properly.
