Good | Most recent appointment was telephone however the doctor listened and came up with an agreeable option . In this instance it was probably adequate . However I did go on to feel much worse and this was partly due to stressors that increased my anxiety and I became very tearful . I did self refer to mental health surgery option and was assessed over the phone . I was very distressed during that assesment . Outcome was a one to one appt, in a years time . This is a great shame that I felt in crisis and just needed a few appts. To talk and get me through . I have a mental health background and nursed for many years and the one time I identify needing some support I cannot get it other than anti depressants . | Access to a crisis intervention re, mental health .
