Very good | Apart from an abrupt and to be honest quite rude receptionist that we don’t usually see in our surgery all of the staff and doctors are very supportive and kind. | Don’t want to point out anyone specifically but I’m sure you will know which lady who we have only ever seen once, really could do with further training in listening and compassion. This is not the norm at Markfield surgery so hopefully she can remain behind the scenes in future and not make people feel uncomfortable and worthless. | March 21, 2024 at 10:00 am |
