Neither good nor poor | I had an appointment with the physiotherapist who was absolutely brilliant, I have seen physio’s before and he was outstanding! A credit to the NHS and the Dr’s surgery. I would have given the score as excellent if it had just been about him. I was very disappointed with the actual appointment process though as I’d been told by him I needed to see a GP and to book an appointment which I did only to be told there is over a month’s wait to book a GP appointment unless I ring up and see if they have one on the day. | Yes, I think if you have been told by another member of the surgery team ie the physio, nurse, midwife etc that you should be able to pre-book an appointment sooner (ideally the next couple of days) rather than taking your chances and ringing up every day until you get one. Obviously another member of their medical team has made an assessment that you need to see a GP and that should put you in better stead of seeing a GP sooner. | January 24, 2025 at 12:09 pm |

Very good | Nurse listened to what I had to say and explored other medications | Not to do with this appointment but if you need non urgent appointments you still have to ring at 8am this takes an appointment that could be needed for a more urgent appointment | January 24, 2025 at 12:00 pm |
