When I called
The surgery was closed and when I rang I had a message saying you were closed all day for training. I had no warning of this

I’d love you to send a regular email newsletter telling me about anything relevant, vaccinations, staff changes, surgery closures, etc etc. would help keep me informed

Very good

I was offered a prebookable appointment within a reasonable time frame when I rang the surgery.
The GP listened to my concerns and examined me throughly. She was a reg and told me she would check with her senior about one issue. I received a text message later that day.

On this occasion nothing.
