Good | Receptionist taking my appointment request was thorough without being invasive. Listened, really listened to my concerns. Understood the importance of making my child’s care a priority and made the booking process seamless. The healthcare professional made sure that they checked all areas of concern to eliminate the possible causes and my son was very comfortable during the visit. Making it less stressful for us. | During a previous visit, the gp promised he would refer my son to a specialist. It would have been a reassurance to have received a letter to that effect.
