Very good | Lisa who did b12 very friendly and booked me blood tests for 30/5 to help me. | Lady on reception this morning at 11.20 30/5/24 blonde hair spoke very loudly and wouldn’t take my partners passport and registration form even though a very helpful lady took mine and my other family members last week without being present, then shouted across to me the lady shouldn’t have done that last week. I was embarrassed in front of other patients. My partner came in later to give his new registration form and she wasn’t helpful until he found his NHS number, then she was polite.
