Very poor | As a GP practise they have no clue what they are doing. They need more traning required and more trained staff. The receptionist they are an absolute joke not helpful at all. I’ve been asking for multiple time for help as I am dealing with severe pain on a lots of problems and the only help I could get from them is a telephone appointment. Like you can do miracles through the phone ????? | First of all no more silly questions from the reception she’s there to help us to book an appointment with an actual doctor | June 14, 2024 at 3:11 pm |
Very good | The staff are always so polite and generous with their time and words. Lisa took my bloods and did a great job of finding my vein and I barely felt it. She was reassuring and nice. | When the waiting room is busier I get overwhelmed by people tapping, whistling, singing etc (patients) and I now prefer to bring my partner so that I can wait outside to be called in. I don’t really know how you can help us folks with autism because the staff are all genuinely so great and its more of an issue with me and patients but its worth mentioning in case you had any ideas. | June 14, 2024 at 3:11 pm |
