Very good | I was able to book an appointment to see the clinical practitioner on the same day as I phoned. She was very understanding, listening carefully to me as I explained my symptoms and concerns. She explained clearly what the next steps would be and things progressed quickly after that. She was able to speak to the doctor about an x ray and I received a phone call from the surgery soon afterwards saying that I could book an x Ray to suit my schedule myself at Coalville.
