Easy access to GP. Prompt follow-up request fir ECHO. Haz ECHO 2 days later and had call back from doctor 2 working days later. Thank you all very much.

Because it is important to say thank you to everyone involved.

The process of getting a booking on the day was straightforward and efficient.

The two nurses I saw were kind and caring. Please thank them accordingly

The service provided by Matkfield Medical Cetntre is excellent.

However the administration at Masons Chemist next door is very poor, when a prescription request is immediately sent to Masons it is unacceptable to be told Mason’s printer has broken down so they can’t dispense it. They requested me to go back to MMC to ask for a “token” (strange name/ expression).
I did as asked and MMC receptionist immediately and helpfully gave me a hard copy of my prescription which I then took back to Masons.
This not the first time Masons have failed on this.

Very good

Everyone is always friendly and kind and yet professional and efficient. Even when extremely busy they have a cheerful smile to great each person.
