Very good | Very helpful and collaborative consultation with Dr Heaton. Difficult to manage the flare up of a chronic condition in a pre-operative context. Patients expectations and needs met, and agreed with orthopaedics. Good rapport with Dr Heaton. | Nothing. This was a complex situation which meant Dr Heaton had limited options. The consultation was approached collaboratively. To me highlights the importance of continuity of care and doctor -patient relationship. Good | It was a new patient appt where I thought I would have some basic checks carried out but I didn’t and when I asked the GP the reply was that the nurse will carry those checks out in 12 months time! | My appt was running late about 15/20mins and I understand it can be the case with appts running over but no acknowledgment! | March 12, 2025 at 5:34 pm |
