But, at my request, she also checked my current BP which was causing me some anxiety following a high reading from the machine in the waiting area. Very good | Call went as arranged and doc had been advised that reception had added an extra set of results to be discussed so we could avoid two appointments and fit two routine checks into one appointment as suggested by the team member (when I called to make the second appointment). | It would have been good to have had an appointment sooner but it wasn’t critical and I understand the issues with how busy everyone is. It would be useful to be able to make these routine appointments online but when I get the text to arrange them it suggests I call, therefore, a link to booking online would be so helpful if it’s appropriate to book online for these (fully understand if it’s not). | February 12, 2025 at 4:36 pm |
