Very good | Very helpful and collaborative consultation with Dr Heaton. Difficult to manage the flare up of a chronic condition in a pre-operative context. Patients expectations and needs met, and agreed with orthopaedics. Good rapport with Dr Heaton. | Nothing. This was a complex situation which meant Dr Heaton had limited options. The consultation was approached collaboratively. To me highlights the importance of continuity of care and doctor -patient relationship.
