Very good | Dr Latif and the nurse that supported during my coil removal and replacement were brilliant on Wednesday 25th October. I have always found Dr Latif to be a brilliant GP and I want this to be acknowledged and recognised. Her bedside manner, reassurance and true passion to be a GP shine and it is appreciated by me. Good | The staff are generally helpful and polite | The nurse who gave musa his injection could work on her bedside manner. She told my 3yo the injection would hurt and then showed him the injection. This scared him more and made it difficult and distressing to handle him whilst having his injection. I had already prepared my son to try and be brave and that the injections would just be a little prick.
