Very good	I was given an appointment for a blood test with the nurse followed with a consultation with Dr Latif. I must express how well I was treated in a friendly & most professional way leaving a lot more relaxed after seeing Dr Latif who is a credit to her profession. At the start of this survey you asked of my experience. Dr Latif 5 stars ****	Stop insisting on arranging appointments over the telephone /Internet. not all patients are able to do so. Stop offering consultation over the telephone. Reduce waiting time for appointments as they are getting longer not shorter. Question’ how will the surgery cope with the influx of new patients when Jelson’s development is completed when it is obvious it is not been for some time.	April 11, 2024 at 10:37 am
