Midwife always great and on time. Always have issues parking at the centre at school time with school pick up using the car park so I need to work further up the road which is fine but more difficult being heavily pregnant with a toddler.

Sign in car park for users to be using the doctors or pharmacy only.
Handed in a letter from the hospital for a prescription which the hospital told me to drop off that day. Despite this, it took a week to process and I still don’t have all the items requested.

You lady from office came to me in waiting room and told me what going to happen. Receptionist was pleasant and Dr Heaton was very thorough. Overall I felt cared about and looked after.
