Neither good nor poor | On the plus side, my daughter was given a face to face appointment after an initial phone consultation. And we didnt have to wait very long at the surgery for her appointment. However, I didn’t feel like I got a clear answer about what was causing my daughter’s illness. Was it viral or bacterial? I assume it was bacterial because she was prescribed antibiotics. But I went away feeling like it was just “one of those childhhood infections”. But for me, she hasn’t been that ill since she was a baby (39-40 temperature with neither calpol or ibuprofen really having much effect & a throat so sore and swollen she hardly ate for 3 days, along with a rash). | I’m happy the antibiotics helped my daughter recover from whatever she had, but it would have been better for me to have been given a clearer idea of what had caused it.
