Overall, great service.
Unfortunately I have found myself an “frequent flyer” at the surgery, over the past 18 months. Hopefully, all ok now, and I’ll revert to my usual urgent issue visits only.
My only note is that ongoing health issues are surely better and more efficiently dealt with by continuity of care, preferably by the same GP. I do realise those days are sadly gone.

Telephone call dealt with politely, consultation with doctor ensured explained problem and treatment options clearly.

Sort out appointments system. Doctor requested to see me because of results of a test yet first available appointment to prebook weeks away. Had to phone again first thing in the morning to see if a slot available- must be a better way of addressing such issues.

Very poor

A doctor was supposed to call me at 6-30pm on the 12th December and I never received this phone appointment.
