Markfield Medical Centre is pleased to announce that we have had a new telephone system installed. Our main number 01530 242313 will stay the same, however we have introduced some exciting new functions, these include:
- Queue position announcements
- Call back facility to retain your position in the queue.
- Integration into the clinical system
- Call recording
In response to patient feedback the surgery has decided to invest in this new phone system. It is a big change for the surgery which is the result of months of work and planning and includes the replacement of all our phone lines and over 30 handsets. Please bear with us whilst we go through these improvements.
Our new phone system will record all calls to and from the practice to protect our patients and healthcare professionals, we will also occasionally use recordings for staff training and quality control.
