Doctors, nurses and all staff are bound by the NHS confidentiality code of practice which is in place to protect any medical or personal information held about our patients.  This means we are unable to give out any information about a patient without their prior consent.  Please do not be offended if we refuse to give you information about a relative these rules are in place for the protection of all our patients.
