Appointments
The majority of our appointments need to be pre-booked and this can be done up to two weeks in advance.
Appointments can be made by the following ways:
Routine Appointments
You may make an appointment by calling at the reception desk, by telephoning 01530 242313 or by booking online. Urgent cases will be seen the same day by whichever doctor is available. It is usually possible to speak to the doctor on the telephone in cases of real necessity.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Online
Our practice has been enabled to take online appointment bookings. In order to make use of this facility, you must be registered as a patient with our practice. Only then can you register with this service. You can register with this practice/service by contacting us on: 01530 249461.
Cancellations
If, before your appointment, you no longer need to see the doctor, then please ring the practice to let us know. We will then be able to offer your slot to another patient.

Emergency Appointments
If you need to be seen as a medical emergency and there are not appointments left for that day, the doctor's will see you at 4.30pm. Please be prepared to wait if the practice is busy on the day.
